About
Fans building the voyage.
Starship Aurora, LLC produces immersive, fan-made story voyages. Until October 2026 our events sailed under the Halcy-Con name.
Who we are
Starship Aurora, LLC was founded by Kristine and Martin Smith to produce exciting fan-based live events. After two sold-out Muster Meetups in 2023 and a sold-out first Halcy-Con in 2024, they keep looking for chances to work with the creative community and raise the bar for what live fan events can be.
Every voyage is made with a cast of performers, a crew of volunteers, and show partners. The ship can't fly without them.
Why the new name
Halcy-Con was the name of a convention. What our passengers board now is a ship, the Starship Aurora, so the name on the door is the name of the ship. Halcy-Con 1, 2 and 3 remain part of our story, and halcy-con.com keeps working for anything you saved there.
